The client commissioned BBP to erect a new building which incorporates an; office area, changing facilities for employees, storage, preparation & Refrigeration area, A new car park, for visitors and staff and a one way delivery system. We also provided a finished first floor complete with and access stair suitable for a future first floor office expansion & adequate services were installed for the addition of a future cookery school.
The External design of the building was developed in order to create a non industrial look to the building and keep to a basic design concept provided by the land developer.
