GAP Manchester
This GAP depot consists of the erection of a steel portal frame building of 800m² footprint. Part of the building will be 2-storey office accommodation and the remainder a covered workshop. Associated roads, car parks and hard-standings will also be formed and the general site level will be adjusted to reflect that of the adjoining properties.
