  • Martin Bell - Managing Director

    Martin has been integral to the growth of Bell Building Projects since he joined the company over 15 years ago. He is qualified in construction management and is focussed on growing the Bell Building Projects brand on the back of successful, high quality projects.

  • Jacqueline Peacock - Financial Director

    Jackie has been with Bell Building Projects for over 12 years. As well as carrying out her duties as company secretary, Jackie is also our financial controller. Her experience with one of the 'big four' accounting firms means that she runs the tightest of ships, ultimately to the benefit of our customers.

  • George Finlay - Director

    George joined Bell Building Projects in March 2008, with over 20 years experience, an LLM in Construction Law and planning engineering qualifications, George is well placed to control the wide variety of builds Bell Building Projects take on. George is highly skilled in planning for quality while adhering to tight budgets and minimizing disruption of our client's on-going operations.

  • David J Aitcheson - Design Co-ordinator

    David has been with BBP since the summer of 2005 when he came in as an Architectural Technician, responsible for the design and planning of our projects. In 2008 David was promoted to Design Co-ordinator, and was given the added responsibility of overseeing the running of the design department.

  • Jim McEleny - Steel & Cladding Manager

    Jim has been with Bell Building Projects Since 2003; he has a vast knowledge of Steel Structures and cladding systems and takes responsibility for the detailing and ordering of all steelwork and cladding.

  • John Marshall - Quantity Surveyor

    John came to BBP in April 2008 with over 15 years of experience as a quantity surveyor. John is responsible for the management & control of all financial & contractual needs for all the projects. John has also established & implemented a contract cost control system to monitor budgets to the benefit of BBP and our clients.

  • Barry Hamilton - CAD Technician

    Barry joined the Design team at BBP in the spring of 2008; he has an HNC in Computer Aided Drafting & Design, as well as 4 years combined on site & design office experience. Barry was brought in to assist with the design and planning of our projects, and is also Currently responsible for compiling Health and safety Documents and maintaining the website

  • Andrena Fatkin - Administrative Assistant

    Andrena Joined BBP in March 2010 to assist with the phones, appointments and deal with all the day to day administrative duties.

  • Catherine Downie - Purchase Ledger / Procurement Assistant

    Cathy has been with Bell Building Projects since 2004; she is responsible for processing all invoice paperwork & purchase ledgers returning from site. Comparing & matching them to the correct job, to ensure quality control. Recently Cathy has also been assisting with procurement in the absence of a company buyer.
